You must retain the original files and independently verify every output before relying on it. Liability is limited as set out in the Website Terms. Nothing excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Independent project
VAMAS-XML is an independent converter. It is not an official website or product of VAMAS, ISO, NPL, an instrument manufacturer or any other standards body or institution, and no endorsement is implied.
Scientific purpose
The software supports data transfer and preservation. It is not instrument-control software, a certified metrology service or a substitute for scientific judgement.
Keep the originals
Keep independent copies of all original VAMAS, XML and proprietary data. Check converted files and reports before relying on them or replacing any working copy.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the lawful use of your data, safeguarding confidential or intellectual-property material, verifying outputs and complying with your organisation's policies.
Local browser processing
Selected files are processed in browser memory and are not uploaded to SANISPECTRA LIMITED, Hostinger or a conversion service. The hosting service may retain ordinary access and security logs.
Browser limitations
A current browser with WebAssembly and web-worker support is required. Large collections may exceed browser memory and should be processed with the desktop application.
